Privacy Policy
This policy explains what Lindslate collects, why it is used, and the choices available to account holders.
Effective October 9, 2026Information we collect
We collect account information such as your name, email address, login credentials, and workspace membership. Businesses may add market details, schedules, employee assignments, availability, organizer contacts, notes, fees, expenses, and sales figures.
We may also receive basic technical and support information, including IP address, browser information, timestamps, error details, and messages you send when requesting help.
How we use information
We use information to provide and secure Lindslate, authenticate users, keep each business workspace separate, operate scheduling and market tools, respond to support requests, prevent abuse, and improve the service.
Business workspaces and roles
Workspace owners and managers control business records and team access. Employees can access only the information permitted by their role. A business is responsible for the information it enters about its team, markets, organizers, and operations.
Service providers
Lindslate uses service providers to host and operate the application, including Supabase for authentication and data services, Vercel for web hosting, Resend for transactional emails such as invitations and reminders, and Google Workspace for support communications. These providers process information on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments.
We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information when required by law, to protect users or the service, or as part of a future business transfer subject to appropriate safeguards.
Retention and deletion
Account holders can delete their account in Settings. Workspace owners can delete a workspace and its business data. Some limited copies may remain in provider backups or logs for their normal retention periods, or where retention is reasonably necessary for security or legal obligations.
Security
We use role-based access controls, database-level workspace isolation, authenticated sessions, and encrypted connections. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so please use a unique password and never send passwords or payment-card details through notes or support email.
Your choices
You can update your profile, availability, and permitted workspace records in the app. You may ask about access, correction, or deletion by contacting hello@lindslate.com. Workspace-controlled business records may also need to be addressed through the workspace owner.
Children and changes
Lindslate is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We may update this policy as the product develops and will revise the effective date when material changes are published.
