Terms of Service

These early-access terms govern use of Lindslate. By creating or using an account, you agree to them.

Effective August 26, 2026

Using Lindslate

You must be legally able to enter an agreement and authorized to act for any business workspace you create or manage. You are responsible for accurate account information, safeguarding your login, and activity under your account.

Workspace roles

Owners control workspace settings, managers, and business data. Managers may manage employees, markets, and schedules within the permissions granted by the product. Employees may access assigned schedules and related tools. Workspace owners are responsible for assigning appropriate roles and obtaining any permissions needed to enter employee or organizer data.

Your content

You retain ownership of information you submit. You grant Lindslate the limited permission necessary to host, process, display, and transmit that information to operate and secure the service. You represent that you have the right to submit it.

Acceptable use

Do not use Lindslate unlawfully, access another business without authorization, probe or bypass security controls, upload malicious code, disrupt the service, impersonate another person, or store highly sensitive information that the product is not designed to handle.

Early access

Lindslate is currently an early-access product. Features may change, and interruptions or errors may occur. You should keep independent copies of critical schedules, financial records, and operational instructions.

Third-party services

The service relies on third-party infrastructure and may later connect to third-party products. Their terms and availability may apply separately, and Lindslate is not responsible for services it does not control.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using the service and use the available deletion controls. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to address security, unlawful use, material violations, or risks to other users. Workspace deletion permanently removes the workspace and its operational records.

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, Lindslate is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Lindslate is not payroll, accounting, tax, legal, or financial advice. To the extent permitted by law, Lindslate will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms as Lindslate develops. Continued use after an updated version becomes effective means you accept the updated terms. Questions can be sent to hello@lindslate.com.
